Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and AngAyes World LLP (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the www.darshkan.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). “DarshKan®” is a registered trademark of AngAyes World LLP.

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. Product Information

We strive to display the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, quality, or other details will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors. Your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, particularly our handloom sarees, slight variations in colour, pattern, and texture are inherent and are not considered defects. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason.

Purchases and Payment

• Pricing: All prices are posted on the Site in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices for products at any time without prior notice.
• Payment: We accept payment through our designated payment gateway, Razorpay, and other methods as may be made available on the Site. Payment must be received in full by us prior to the shipment of any order.
• Taxes: You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees. All applicable taxes (like GST) will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within India and to select international locations as specified during the checkout process. While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the shipping address, product availability, and courier service performance. Risk of loss and title for all products ordered by you pass to you on our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns for eligible products within 3 (Three) days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@angayesworld.com. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect. Certain items, such as those on final sale, may not be eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Site, you agree not to:
