1. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Standard Orders: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
  • Express Shipping Orders: If you have selected our Express Shipping option, you must cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. An express order cannot be cancelled once it has been dispatched from our facility.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

A. Initiation Window & Eligibility

A request for a return or exchange must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same pristine condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all original tags and labels intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your request.

B. Product-Specific Conditions

Due to the special nature of our products, please be aware of these specific conditions:

  • Handloom Products & Exchanges: Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our handloom products, an exchange for the exact same product may not always be possible. In such cases, you can select another available product of your choice to exchange. Please carefully read the product description on our website to determine the specific exchange possibilities for each item.
  • Saree Alterations: Please note that sarees that have been altered cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes sarees where:
    • The fall and/or pico has been done.
    • The blouse piece has been detached or cut from the saree.
    • The product must be in its original, unaltered state as you received it to be eligible for a return.

3. The Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@angayesworld.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  2. Await Approval: Our team will review your request based on the policy above. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your request and provide further instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, you will be given the address to ship the item back to us. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Notification: We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
  • Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
