Description
This Bhagalpuri Temple Border Saree comes in a deep black base colour, with a soft natural texture visible across the fabric. The saree body is mostly plain, with fine vertical weave lines that appear naturally in Bhagalpuri silk blend fabric.
The main body does not have heavy motifs or prints, keeping the look clean and simple. Slight unevenness in texture can be seen, which is common in Bhagalpuri weaving and shows the handcrafted nature of the fabric.
The pallu section features dense fine horizontal stripes in gold and black tones. These thin lines run closely together, forming a striped panel that stands out from the plain body. Wider gold panels appear at intervals, creating block-style sections in the pallu.
The borders on both sides are designed in a traditional temple border style, woven in gold tone over the black base. The border shows repeated triangular temple motifs along with fine parallel lines, framing the saree neatly.
The saree is made from a silk and viscose blend, which feels smooth with a slight stiffness. The fabric has a mild sheen and drapes well.
